FUL intervening in proceedings related to the South African State Liability Act, 1957
Freedom Under Law is in the process of intervening in the proceedings related to the constitutionality of the (South African) State Liability Act, 1957. Those proceedings concern an application by the South African government to extend the deadline for amending the State Liability Act for another year to render it constitutionally compliant.
