In a letter to the Judicial Service Commission, Freedom Under Law calls for action based on the findings of the Judicial Conduct Tribunal that Judge Hlophe is guilty of gross misconduct as envisaged in s 177 of the Constitution.

FUL requests, inter alia, notification of the JSC’s intention to take a decision on the recommendation to suspend Judge President Hlophe.
